Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us at admin@asltr.com with your order number and details.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom orders

• Items damaged by misuse or improper handling

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at admin@asltr.com or go to out customer service page with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We will provide instructions for the return process.

Note: ASLTR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
